Seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Worker with strong facilities maintenance experience. This role requires troubleshooting and repair across multiple disciplines, along with flexibility to handle a variety of facility and equipment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Conduct general facility maintenance including sheetrock repair and painting
- Maintain and clean machinery and equipment
- Assist with assembly of furniture, shelving, and other facility needs
- Operate forklifts and mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP) as needed
Qualifications:
- Facilities maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to think independently and solve problems creatively
- Willingness to work outside of primary skill set when needed
- Forklift and MEWP experience preferred
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)
- Minimal overtime or weekend work
