Position Summary:
Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with hands-on experience operating Mazak equipment in a fast-paced, high-volume job shop environment. This role requires more than basic machine operation, with a strong emphasis on setup, adjustments, and maintaining production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC machines, specifically Mazak equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Maintain production standards in a high-volume environment
- Perform basic inspections and quality checks on finished parts
Qualifications:
- Experience with Mazak machines required
- Must not be a "button pusher – hands-on machining experience required
- Background in job shop environments preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand production setting
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Must be open to overtime and weekends as needed
