Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (paid lunch included)
Heads up: Weekend overtime is required when needed

What You'll Be Doing

Think of yourself as part of a fast-moving team that brings products to life.

  • Work on an assembly line where no two days feel exactly the same
  • Rotate between stations and departments based on production needs
  • Help set up machines and keep things running smoothly
  • Stack, label, pack, and move finished parts
  • Work alongside a team to keep production flowing

What You Bring to the Table

  • Manufacturing experience or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to read diagrams and turn them into real, working products
  • Blueprint reading skills are a plus

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Read job specifications and work instructions
  • Align and position parts with precision
  • Monitor machines to catch defects or issues early
  • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  • Meet daily production goals
  • Work safely and efficiently
  • Operate different stations as needed

Physical & Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and using hands throughout the shift
  • Strong visual ability (close, distance, color, depth, and focus)

Work Environment

  • Mostly indoors with minimal weather exposure
  • Moderate to loud noise levels in the assembly area
