Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Keene, NH (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexibility and overtime required based on workload)
Position Overview
We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support order management and customer operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to navigate complex business systems and processes, resulting in a longer training period patience, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn are essential for success.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute quotes, orders, and order management activities with a high degree of accuracy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
- Interpret and execute contractual agreements
- Coordinate order requirements through MRP systems and other business tools
- Facilitate communication between internal teams to meet external customer requirements
- Communicate professionally via phone and email, with strong grammar and writing skills
- Support multiple customers, markets, and business segments to ensure timely responsiveness
- Participate in training, testing, and project-related initiatives as needed
- Represent the organization in a professional and customer-focused manner at all times
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of customer service experience, including handling customer purchase orders and contracts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong typing and keyboarding skills
- Comfortable working with multiple complex business systems
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for growth and development
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with MRP systems
- Basic understanding of the aerospace and defense industry
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
