Part time Office Assistant
Mon - Fri 8am - 1pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily front office operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors and vendors, and handling incoming mail and packages
- Scan and input daily data into the company database
- Assist with purchasing activities and maintain accurate records
- Prepare shipping documentation and manage outgoing shipments, including FedEx
- Track and update purchase orders, office supplies, and the purchasing/receiving log
- Scan and upload receiving reports, ensuring proper attachment to invoices for processing
- Generate customer invoices using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare micro samples and SARF forms for bi-weekly laboratory pickups
- Assist with inventory counts and general inventory management
- Provide support on additional projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
