Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors by answering questions, providing forms, and directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
• Maintain front office security by monitoring visitor access and enforcing sign-in procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and provide general information or route inquiries appropriately.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distributing documents and correspondence to staff.
• Perform clerical tasks including filing, copying, organizing, and maintaining records.
• Assist with application processing by collecting and preparing required documentation.
• Accurately enter and update data in internal systems.
• Support overall office operations with general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.
• A minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
