Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making. This role will work closely with finance and operations teams to analyze performance, build reporting tools, and provide insights that drive efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, including plan vs. actual variance and trend analysis
- Build and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and dashboards
- Work with large data sets to extract insights and support decision-making
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to understand drivers of performance
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and data accuracy
- Communicate financial results and insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
- Strong Excel skills required, including:
- Pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH
- Advanced formulas and data modeling
- Experience building tools and dashboards
- Experience working with large data sets

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Background in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Experience partnering with operations or business teams
