Production Support (1st Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare roasted coffee for production by grinding and applying flavor profiles as scheduled.
- Weigh and portion ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy in each batch.
- Move product through different stages of production while keeping accurate records.
- Run and monitor equipment used in blending and processing coffee products.
- Keep production on track by following daily output goals and timelines.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and machinery are kept in good condition.
- Clean and sanitize equipment regularly to meet food-grade standards.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA safety standards, and all applicable health and safety regulations at all times.
- Dependable and reliable with consistent attendance.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment use and troubleshooting.
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
- Able to perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks safely.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
