Overview
Client is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide onsite technical support for end users in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. This contract-to-hire role supports internal and external users with moderate to complex system issues, including troubleshooting proprietary applications, responding to support requests, and ensuring timely issue resolution. The role requires strong technical support experience, sound judgment, and the ability to work closely with business users in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide moderate to complex IT systems support to end users for internal proprietary systems and related business applications
- Respond to support requests received through email and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot technical, system, and software-related issues and provide effective solutions
- Document, track, and monitor issues through resolution
- Escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
- Communicate high-visibility issues to leadership promptly
- Maintain working knowledge of claims systems, adjuster workflows, and internal business processes to support issue resolution
- Support quality standards and contribute to overall service excellence
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- 5 years of help desk or technical support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of experience supporting proprietary systems such as JURIS, One Team, SIR, TAMS, and Voyager
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting moderate to complex user and system issues
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of service center processes and procedures
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and interpretive abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to meet performance expectations and quality standards
Preferred Skills or Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience supporting claims-related systems or workflows
- Experience working in a structured service support environment
