Machine Operator – Albany, NY
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
First Shift

We’re looking for a motivated Machine Operator to join our production team! This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn. Full training is provided – no experience necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to meet production and quality standards

Follow job orders and production instructions accurately

Inspect products for quality, alignment, and consistency

Perform routine minor maintenance on equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Collaborate with team members and QA to ensure consistent production quality

Use basic computer programs as needed

Lift up to 50 lbs. as required

Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

Ability to follow instructions and read job orders accurately

Basic computer skills (Excel or similar programs)

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Willingness to work overtime if needed
