Overview
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management Lead to support a large-scale, technology-enabled business transformation with a strong focus on SAP, including S/4HANA. This role will lead the people side of change to help ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working. The ideal candidate brings deep OCM leadership experience in ERP environments and, critically, strong maintenance domain experience, including exposure to Maximo or similar maintenance management platforms.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with program goals and transformation milestones
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations
- Build and manage change champion networks and stakeholder engagement plans
- Develop and deliver communication plans, executive messaging, and targeted change materials
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions and cross-functional engagement activities
- Help define governance frameworks that support change execution and adoption
- Create or contribute to training strategy development for impacted teams and business groups
- Manage key change deliverables, including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and adoption metrics
- Track change-related risks and mitigation plans to support successful implementation and sustained adoption
- Partner effectively with client teams, third-party consultants, and complementary delivery partners across the program
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
- Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of SAP platforms, with S/4HANA experience preferred
- Hands-on experience developing communication strategies, readiness plans, and impact measurement approaches
- Experience with organizational design and transition planning
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organization
- Strong ability to work across client, competitor, and complementary consulting teams
- Critical maintenance domain experience
- Experience with Maximo or similar maintenance-related platforms
Preferred Skills or Experience
- Participation in five or more major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP platforms
- Leadership experience across more than four large-scale business change initiatives
- Lead or major contributor experience on more than three large-scale technology-enabled change programs
- Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations
