Overview

Client is seeking an OCM Lead to drive the people side of large-scale, technology-enabled business transformation initiatives with a strong focus on SAP, including S/4HANA. This role will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, and adoption planning to help ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes. The ideal candidate brings deep Organizational Change Management experience within ERP environments and a strong background supporting manufacturing organizations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Organizational Change Management strategies aligned with program goals and business transformation objectives
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations
  • Build and manage change champion networks and support leadership alignment activities
  • Develop and deliver communication strategies, executive toolkits, and targeted messaging
  • Support training strategy development and enablement planning
  • Define and help maintain change governance frameworks
  • Manage OCM deliverables including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and adoption metrics
  • Monitor change-related risks and mitigation plans throughout the transformation lifecycle
  • Partner effectively with client stakeholders and cross-functional consulting teams

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale ERP implementations
  • Strong SAP knowledge, with S/4HANA experience preferred
  • Experience supporting business transformation in manufacturing environments
  • Strong background in change strategy, change communications, and adoption measurement
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, readiness assessment, and transition planning
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Experience working across client, partner, and consulting teams in complex delivery environments

Preferred Skills or Experience

  • Experience supporting five or more major SAP or similar ERP business transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading more than four large-scale business change initiatives
  • Experience leading or playing a major role in multiple technology-enabled change programs
  • Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations

Work Details

  • Location: Remote; preference for candidates located in or near Piscataway, NJ
  • Travel: 25% to 50% travel to Parsippany, NJ and other client sites as needed
  • Duration: 12 months
