Job Description: Administrative Support
Location: Albany, NY
Pay Rate: 20-25/hr
Hours: 8-5 PM
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Support professional to assist with daily office operations. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails in a timely manner, managing and tracking swag inventory, maintaining a clean and organized office environment, and ensuring the office remains open and operational during training sessions and staff meetings.
The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in higher education is preferred, but not required.
