Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist IV to join our precision manufacturing team. This role focuses on operating and programming CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate has a strong background in machining, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for production of precision components.

Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T specifications.

Perform first article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Make basic program edits and adjust tool offsets as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Accurately document production data and report any machine or quality issues.
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe).

Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T.

Skilled in using precision measuring tools.

Solid understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and materials.

Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and ability to work independently.
