Talent Acquisition Advisor
Location: St. Louis, MO (Westport Plaza – Maryland Heights)
Schedule: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday onsite; Monday & Friday remote after first 2 weeks onsite)
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will join a high-performing, collaborative recruiting team responsible for attracting top talent across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates in a fast-paced environment.
This position plays a key advisory role, helping drive recruiting best practices while supporting full-cycle recruitment across a variety of professional functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting, selection, and hiring processes
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted TA advisor
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across functions including Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Sales, IT, and Operations
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers within established service level agreements
- Coordinate with hiring teams to review interview feedback and determine next steps
- Extend offers and support candidates through the hiring process
- Collaborate with TA Operations, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Leverage recruiting data and metrics to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate and/or agency experience preferred)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
- Ability to manage 15–20 requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and candidates
- Experience working across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing environments
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms
- Strong ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working autonomously with a high level of accountability
