Job Title: Operator II, Fluids Manufacturing

Shift(s):
- B Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour (based on experience)
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production equipment to manufacture sub-assemblies and finished products.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Clean, maintain, and perform basic adjustments to manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor production performance and report equipment issues or downtime.
- Complete accurate production records including quality documentation and batch records.
- Use computer systems to access quality documentation, work orders, and training materials.
- Utilize basic hand tools and equipment to support manufacturing processes.
- Identify product defects and take appropriate corrective action.
- Assist with troubleshooting minor production issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Follow all safety policies, GMP requirements, and company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of manufacturing or operations experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of overall work experience required.
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions and specifications.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, sitting: > 75% of the time
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.: occasionally
- Frequent lifting between 21–30 lbs.
- Ability to push or pull wheeled equipment up to 800 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and repetitive hand movements required
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing, laboratory, and warehouse environment
- Exposure to biological materials, chemicals, or regulated substances: < 25%
- Use of PPE required
- Working near mechanical equipment: > 75%
- Temperature-controlled environment
- Overtime or weekend work may be required based on production needs
