Position Overview
We are seeking a Contract Management Specialist to provide short-term support to a Global Indirect Sourcing organization. This role will act as an extension of the Indirect Sourcing Team, supporting supplier onboarding, contract transitions, sourcing execution, and cross-functional coordination.
The position partners closely with Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution, maintain data integrity, and minimize contractual risk while supporting sourcing and supplier enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support indirect sourcing activities as an extension of the Indirect Sourcing Team
- Assist with end-to-end supplier contract transition activities, including identifying in-scope contracts and confirming supplier disposition
- Prepare and deliver supplier communications aligned with legal requirements
- Lead supplier outreach, manage inquiries, redlines, and negotiations
- Execute contract actions such as assignments, TSAs, and formal notifications
- Partner with Legal to validate templates and ensure agreements are fully executed and audit-ready
- Coordinate vendor assignment and supplier readiness to support project milestones and go-live timelines
- Collaborate with Category Strategic Teams, Sourcing Operations, Procurement Operations, and functional stakeholders to resolve issues
- Support sourcing events, negotiations, and contracting activities under leadership guidance
- Maintain accurate tracking of data, dashboards, reporting, and status updates related to sourcing progress and supplier onboarding
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and documentation requirements
- Participate in project and sourcing calls as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Sourcing Operations
- Experience supporting supplier onboarding, sourcing execution, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract terms, and supplier management
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global or regional contracting environments
- Exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supplier management processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting large transformation programs, carve-outs, or system implementations
- Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing models, or tools
- Experience working in project-based or temporary sourcing support environments
