Shift: 2nd / 1:30pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, and reject unsatisfactory items as necessary.
  • Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift.
  • Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped, post weights and shipping charges, and prepare goods for final shipment.
  • Examine, stock, and distribute materials to inventory and manufacturing lines.
  • May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
  • Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods with a moderate degree of supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalency.
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • English proficiency required to maintain, ensure, and promote safety requirements and procedures for required machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills with competency using standard software packages (Word and Excel).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations.
  • Thorough understanding of appropriate safety procedures.
