Customer Service & Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone and in person, assisting with questions, services, and issue resolution
- Process requests related to licenses, registrations, permits, and program eligibility
- Accurately enter and manage orders, account updates, and service changes
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions
- Resolve billing and service issues, including adjustments, refunds, and account corrections
- Complete and process forms such as contracts, change of address requests, and service discontinuation orders
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation
- Calculate service charges, collect payments, and coordinate billing as needed
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, claim updates, or service adjustments
Advanced Customer Support Functions
- Perform journey-level customer service tasks requiring independent judgment and problem-solving
- Handle complex or sensitive customer concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Research, analyze policies, and compile information to resolve escalated issues
- Support claim-related processes and communicate outcomes or required actions
Cash Handling & Administrative Duties
- Reconcile daily cash receipts and verify balances
- Prepare and submit deposits to banking institutions or state offices
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial handling procedures
