Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and positive HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR Manager with daily administrative tasks. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with computers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Support onboarding processes for new hires (paperwork, coordination, communication)
- Help schedule interviews, orientations, and HR-related meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Previous administrative or HR support experience is a plus
