Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and positive HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR Manager with daily administrative tasks. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with computers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires (paperwork, coordination, communication)
  • Help schedule interviews, orientations, and HR-related meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry systems, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous administrative or HR support experience is a plus

  • Full-time, first shift schedule
