Position Overview
The Production Floater will support multiple areas of the production and shipping departments as needed. This role is responsible for assisting with loading trucks, supplying production lines with materials, and helping team members across the facility to ensure operations run efficiently. Ideal candidates are dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with loading finished product onto trucks for shipment
Support production lines by delivering materials and removing completed product
Help stage materials and keep work areas organized
Assist truck loaders and other production associates as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
Strong teamwork and willingness to assist where needed
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, and moving materials
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
