Duties/Responsibilities:
- Involved in the entire course of manufacturing.
- May inspect components before assembly, analyze trial products during development, or test finished goods.
- Record and analyze the results in order to decide whether to certify or reject specific products.
- Solve production issues and recommend improvements.
- Other duties may include preparing inspection plans, training new technicians, and evaluating quality cost.
| Be able to operate/drive a fork truck (experience preferred) |
| visually inspect truck for damage, inoperable lights, faulty function of equipment. etc |
| be able to do small touch up paint areas, such as scraps or dent, (no heavy paint work) spray cans |
| installing of stickers, removing stickers and clean sticker areas off after removal. |
| removing protective plastic off drive chains, mirrors or seats as directed |
| checking fluids, oils, grease, etc |
| installing some additional equipment like fire extinguishers, lights and special numbers. |
| installing fork truck batteries. |
| be able to use common hand tools, drills, grinders, etc. |
| using computer and hand held unit to complete operation at hand. |
| and some light fixes will be performed at 30min or less. |
| preferred mechanical background but will train the right person. |
