Promotional Products Specialist (Monday–Friday | 1st Shift)

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a tight-knit group of professionals, helping clients find the perfect products while managing projects from concept through delivery.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMPay: $20-25/hr.
Location: Scotia, NY - fully onsite role
Duration: Temp-to-hire
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with customers and sales team to source products, build quotes, and secure orders
- Research vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Manage projects through production, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Enter job details, track progress, and prepare final invoices
- Create product presentations and curated selections for clients and events
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in promotional products within a manufacturing setting
- Strong math, writing, and project management skills
- Excel skills (data entry, tracking, reporting)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple deadlines
- Reliable, team-oriented, and a great fit for a laid-back, no-drama culture
