Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Master Data Coordinator to help manage and maintain accurate customer information in our internal systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer data, pricing, and rebate information is correct, compliant, and processed on time. You'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and international partners to support smooth financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, and maintain customer records in multiple systems (ERP and customer databases)
- Ensure customer data accuracy and compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
- Review and process pricing deductions and claims based on customer contracts
- Research and resolve pricing discrepancies and open accounts receivable items
- Work with customers and internal teams to resolve billing or pricing issues
- Support vendor setup related to rebates and fees to ensure timely payments
- Partner with AR/AP teams and support offshore team members with customer updates

- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Experience with ERP systems or customer data management is a plus
