Machine Shop Cleaner/Janitor
Location: Phoenix (I-17 & Peoria)
$18.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Helper / Maintenance Assistant to support daily operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop, assisting with basic upkeep of equipment, and supporting the maintenance team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop floor, work areas, and common spaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
- Assist with cleaning and basic upkeep of CNC machines
- Support maintenance technicians with general tasks as needed
- Dispose of trash and ensure work areas remain organized and safe
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Must be able to speak and understand English
