Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Warren, OH
Pay Rate: $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with Overtime as needed
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role involves removing nails from boards, monitoring wrapping equipment, and performing a variety of miscellaneous labor tasks. Candidates must be safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor wrapping equipment to ensure product is properly wrapped
- Assist with feeding materials into or removing materials from the wrapper as needed
- Recreate display boxes
- Load and unload products
- Perform general cleanup and housekeeping of the work area
- Support additional labor tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Standing and physical activity required for extended periods
