Production Operator – Manufacturing (GMP Environment)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join a structured, fast-paced manufacturing environment operating under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role is responsible for supporting production, packaging, sanitation, and warehouse operations to ensure consistent product quality, safety, and compliance.

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday, Day Shift Only)
Pay: $20/hour excellent benefits
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Production Operations
- Weigh, measure, and stage ingredients according to batch production records (BPRs)
- Load, blend, mill, and process materials using manufacturing equipment (blenders, granulators, mills, etc.)
- Set up and operate production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist with material handling, tray loading, drying, and in-process production support
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all production activities
Packaging & Material Handling
- Weigh, fill, and package finished products according to specifications
- Apply accurate labels to finished goods and containers
- Prepare cartons, drums, trays, and packaging materials for production and shipping
- Support movement of materials between production, packaging, and warehouse areas
Cleaning, Sanitation & GMP Compliance
- Clean and sanitize all equipment before and after use
- Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing rooms and production areas
- Follow GMP guidelines, hygiene standards, and safety protocols at all times
- Complete required documentation, cleaning logs, and production records accurately
- Maintain compliance with all written procedures and quality standards
Warehouse & Equipment Support
- Operate forklift (certified or willingness to train)
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse support as needed
- Support organization and upkeep of production and storage areas
- Cross-train in production, sanitation, and warehouse functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Experience in a GMP, regulated, or structured manufacturing environment strongly preferred
- Forklift experience or certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to follow detailed written SOPs and batch instructions consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs safely
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
