Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced eServices Management Analyst 3 to support Taxpayer Services programs by analyzing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.
This role acts as a liaison between IT, vendors, and internal business teams, ensuring systems and processes are running effectively while supporting both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze eServices programs, policies, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Support continuous improvement efforts by eliminating non-value-added processes
- Serve as a liaison between IT, vendors, and internal business users
- Provide support for internal and external customers, including troubleshooting and resolving inquiries
- Compile reports and analyze data to support decision-making
- Participate in and coordinate projects, including complex or specialized studies
- Assist with QA testing and system/process improvements
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience analyzing business programs, processes, or operations (business-focused, not purely IT)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data to identify solutions
- Experience in customer service or technical support (internal/external stakeholders)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Technical Skills (nice to have)
- XML (Altova XMLSpy)
- SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio)
- Azure DevOps
- Quality Assurance (QA) testing
Preferred Background
- 1 year of experience in:
- Tax-related services
- Government or public sector
- Regulatory compliance
- Accounting or financial operations
