Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Candidates must be comfortable working onsite and meeting strict compliance and background requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues using conflict de-escalation techniques
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Utilize Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive) and internal systems
- Manage tasks independently while collaborating with team members
- Follow compliance standards and maintain confidentiality
Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE)
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of experience in a high-production environment
- Experience with cash handling
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with 10-key skills
- Proficiency with computers in a Windows environment and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
- Experience in high-volume call center or customer-facing roles

Additional Requirements
- Must pass full background check, including:
- Arizona tax compliance verification
- FBI fingerprint clearance (Level 1 DPS)
- Must be able to work onsite (100%)
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times
