3rd Shift Maintenance Mechanic (Direct Hire) – Weekend Schedule | Extra Shift Pay

We’re partnering with a well-established, high-volume distribution operation to hire a Maintenance Mechanic for their 3rd shift team. This is a direct hire opportunity with strong long-term potential, hands-on work, and a tight-knit overnight crew.

Schedule & Pay
- Shift: Saturday–Tuesday | 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
- Pay: $20.00–$28.00/hr (based on experience)
- Shift Differential: $2.25/hr for overnight hours
- Weekly pay strong benefits package
What you’ll be doing
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, forklifts, and warehouse equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
- Complete daily tasks using internal systems (training provided)
- Help keep operations running smoothly during overnight hours
What we’re looking for
- ~3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
(Open to less experience if you have strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and are trainable) - Experience working with conveyors, material handling equipment, or similar systems
- Solid work history – we’re looking for dependable individuals who stick and grow
- Comfortable working independently on an overnight shift
