We are looking for a Production Supervisor who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front, and making a real impact on how things run day-to-day! You won't just be managing a team, you'll be driving production, improving processes, and building a team that takes pride in what they deliver. This is a highly visible role where your leadership directly impacts output, efficiency, and overall operations.

Shift: M-F 6pm to 2:30am
Day to Day:
- Lead a team of production employees and set the tone for performance, accountability, and culture
- Drive daily production goals making sure everything stays on track, on time, and up to standard
- Be the go-to person on the floor when challenges come up — solving problems in real time
- Keep a close eye on product quality and step in quickly when something's off
- Identify inefficiencies and take action — whether that's reducing waste, improving workflows, or implementing better processes
- Create a strong safety-first environment where your team knows expectations and follows them
- Partner with planning, inventory, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep everything running smoothly
- Develop your team — coach them, train them, and help them grow
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
- The ability to step in, take control, and keep operations moving when things get hectic
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement — you're always looking for a better way to do things
- Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make decisions on the fly
- A solid understanding of quality standards and how to maintain them
- Experience working with ERP systems and basic reporting tools (Excel, etc.)
- A leadership style that earns respect you hold people accountable but also build trust.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field
- Experience analyzing production data to improve efficiency
- Background working in cross-functional manufacturing teams
