Machine Operator – 1st Shift

$20 – $21/hr | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

A manufacturing company in Milford is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to run equipment, monitor production, and ensure quality standards are met. This role requires both hands-on machine operation and basic computer-based tracking.
What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
- Enter and update production data in computer systems
Requirements:
- Previous machine operation experience preferred
- Strong basic computer skills required (data entry, navigating systems, logging information)
- Excel experience required (entering data, updating spreadsheets, basic tracking)
- Must be comfortable working with computers as part of daily job duties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
