Machine Operator / Floater - 1st Shift
Responsibilities:
- Operate slitting machines and support production line operations
- Perform packing, general warehouse duties, and loading/unloading of trucks
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production documentation
Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and reliable work ethic
- Flexibility to work varying shifts in a 24-hour, Sunday–Friday operation
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules (flex schedule preferred)
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and a proactive, self-motivated approach
