Shipping & Receiving Specialist – 1st Shift
Pay: $20/hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining organized inventory and records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Prepare, pack, and label outgoing orders for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems as needed
- Organize and store materials within the warehouse
- Coordinate shipments and communicate with internal teams and vendors
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed
- Assist with inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
