We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Day Porter to support our client’s facility in Chandler. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized environments.
What You’ll Do
- Perform daily cleaning, housekeeping, and light maintenance tasks throughout the facility
- Empty trash receptacles and maintain cleanliness in common areas
- Clean floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping) and wash windows as needed
- Ensure restrooms and breakrooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked
- Monitor the property for safety hazards and report any concerns promptly
- Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Adjust cleaning tasks based on the needs of the facility
- Support additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and safety procedures
- Ability to perform light maintenance and use basic tools/equipment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a pre-employment screening
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
