Customer Care Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $21–$23/hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers while working heavily with data, files, and administrative processes behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer accounts through data entry, file uploads, and record management
- Process invoices and orders with a high level of accuracy
- Match, verify, and reconcile numerical data and customer records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates as needed
- Maintain organized documentation, spreadsheets, and reports
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills (data entry, spreadsheets, basic formulas)
- High attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and data
- Previous customer service or administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule:
- Must be flexible to work between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
