General Production Laborer – 1st Shift
Location: Chardon, OH
Pay Range: $16–$20/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Use buffing wheels to remove burrs and clean metal components
- Stamp part numbers on products of various sizes
- Perform assembly and bending processes on metal components
- Complete and document inspections throughout production and assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Good communication skills and team collaboration
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift without additional breaks
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
