Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Flower Mound, TX 75028
Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift
Type: Contract-to-Possible Hire (Weekends/OT as needed)
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to support outbound warehouse operations. This role involves picking, palletizing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and palletize products based on work instructions
Use RF scanners to track inventory and orders
Operate pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Ensure products are properly stacked and secured for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Previous warehouse or outbound experience preferred
Experience using RF scanners and pallet jacks
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Work Environment
Fast-paced warehouse setting
Requires standing, walking, and repetitive movement
Ability to lift and move boxes as needed
