Looking for maintenance professional responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing motors and servicing A/C systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Completing work orders and communicating the status to supervisors.
- Keeping HVAC systems clean and maintained for plant.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with HVAC systems and complex mechanical systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimizing downtime through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.
Experience/Qualifications/Certifications:
This role requires technical expertise and a reliable work ethic to handle various HVAC and Utility tasks effectively.
Performing routine HVAC maintenance, installs, repairs, and diagnostics
Familiar with refrigeration systems, air handlers and control systems
Ability to read schematics, perform preventative maintenance, and use service tools
Familiar with chillers, boilers and water softeners a plus
3-5 years Industrial HVAC maintenance experience preferred
Preferred EPA Refrigerant License
Preferred EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification
Good computer skills
