The Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by operating machinery, performing assembly tasks, and helping ensure products are built to quality standards. What You'll Do
- Operate machinery and perform assembly work according to established specifications and procedures
- Inspect products during the assembly process to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain production efficiency and contribute to daily output goals
- Safely use hand tools, equipment, and machinery in accordance with company policies
- Identify and report quality, equipment, or production concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
- Support a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
What We're Looking For
- 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a related environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and ability to work well with a team
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools, equipment, or software is a plus
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required
