You'll be joining a growing, fast-moving organization where HR isn't just administrative it's a key driver of the business. In this role, you'll work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams, helping shape the employee experience from the moment someone interviews to their day-to-day life within the company.
What You'll Be Doing
- You'll be the go-to person that keeps HR operations running smoothly:
- Coordinate interviews and work directly with candidates and hiring managers to create a seamless hiring experience
- Play a key role in onboarding—making sure new hires feel prepared, welcomed, and set up for success on day one
- Support offboarding processes with professionalism and attention to detail
- Manage and maintain employee data in HR systems, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date
- Track key HR metrics like headcount and turnover, giving visibility into how the organization is growing
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building efforts
- Support HR leadership with scheduling, coordination, and special projects

Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Understanding of core HR processes and workflows
- Openness to leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and processes
