Entry Level Assembler - Weekend Shift
We are seeking Entry Level Assemblers to join a Tulsa-based manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in assembling and installing tube bundles into air-cooled heat exchanger units with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, and working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Install and align tube bundles into air-cooled heat exchanger units per engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Measure, align, and secure components to exact tolerances using appropriate tools.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finish prior to final inspection.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and/or overhead cranes (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in various positions for extended periods.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Pay: 22/hour
- Shift: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Work 36hrs & get paid 40hrs)
