Description:
•Coach Operation Supervisors and Operators on troubleshooting and resolving problems and how to generate 'Model Work Orders'
•Work parallel with Maintenance Planners and Supervisors ensuring prioritization of work orders in the maintenance planning process
•Ensure you plan Preventive Maintenance work with appropriate priority, schedule downtime from production, perform work on time, and thoroughly perform PM to maintain the machine's health
•Audit work orders for compliance
•Schedule Maintenance Work with Production Superintendents to optimize maintenance and production schedules
•Ensure Work Order closure
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•3 years of plant manufacturing experience or maintenance work preferred
•Experience as a maintenance tech, contractor, or tradesman preferred
•Experience working in a chemical/manufacturing environment preferred
•Oracle or SAP knowledge preferred
•Excellent analytical skills, technical writing skills, verbal and written communication skills
Shift: 1st (most likely 8am-430pm)
