1st shift: 7:30am – 4:00pm
Contract-to-hire opportunity
As a CNC Operator, you will work with CNC Mazak Lathes to produce high-quality stainless steel components. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their machining experience and grow within a stable and team-oriented environment.
Duties/Responsibilities

Operate CNC Mazak lathes to produce parts to specification

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts

Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Perform basic machine setup and assist with changeovers

Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed

Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools

Ensure quality standards are met throughout production

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Support team members and operate multiple machines as needed
Skills/Qualifications

1 year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred

Basic knowledge of CNC operations; Mazak experience is a plus

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)

Strong attention to detail and quality

Willingness to learn and grow within the role

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
