As a CNC Operator, you will work with CNC Mazak lathes to produce high-quality stainless steel components while developing your technical skills and advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Mazak lathes to produce parts to specification
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Perform basic machine setup and assist with changeovers
- Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed
- Conduct in-process inspections using measuring tools
- Ensure all quality standards are met throughout production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team members and operate multiple machines when needed
- 1 year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of CNC operations (Mazak experience is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
