A growing industrial products manufacturer is looking for assemblers to join their team. Qualified candidates will be self-directed and quality-minded. - Have 1-3 years of experience with assembly is a plus.
- Have experience operating drills, impacts, grinder and basic hand tools.
- Ability to read blueprints a plus
- Must be able to use measurement devices

SUMMARY
Assembles electrical and mechanical components according to the information provided to produce a quality system product by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
- Mechanical assembly of various size structural and electrical components.
- Electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
- Operate necessary tools, as listed on the job description, to aid in the assembly of systems.
- Connects color-coded wires.
- Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervisor or engineer to clarify assembly problems.
- Manufacturing consultant to engineering and sales department concerning design problems.
- Responsible for checking the accuracy of engineering, sales and manufacturing offices' input to ensure customer final product is correct and within quality acceptance guidelines.
- Any changes or corrections must be communicated to appropriate departments so future product output is consistent with customer expectations.
- Through actions and decision-making, proactively supports, promotes, and improves the quality system and policy throughout the organization.
- Understands, supports, implements and sustains 5S program initiatives and goals.
- Upholds and supports the quality and EHS policy.
- Upholds Core Values.
- Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
