Nesco Resource, a national staffing firm, has an immediate need for a facility maintenance technician.
Also our client will entertain a Lead / Senior Technician that can lead the Facility Maintenance team.
Capable to perform PM - preventative maintenance on electromechanical devices
Building maintenance including light work on HVAC, plumbing & electrical systems
Utilize PC based job order system to perform maintenance schedules
Forklift certified
Familiar with and/or trained on OSHA requirements
Capable to oversee subcontractors (HVAC, Landscape, others)
Familiar with the repair & maintenance of metal fabrication devices is a plus
Familiarity with EHS is a plus
Approx salary levels:
Technician salary ~$20/hr.
Sr tech/Lead salary @ ~$35/hr.
