We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Specialist to join a fast-paced warehouse operation. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct manual product counts in high-volume locations
- Ensure all inventory discrepancies are researched and resolved promptly
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track, update, and maintain inventory data
- Follow and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures
- Stage and organize materials within designated warehouse areas
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other tools as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within warehouse systems
- Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
- Recent experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory management (REQUIRED)
- Strong experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to move materials up to 500 lbs. using carts or equipment
