Job Title: Solderer – 1st Shift
Location: Milford, CT
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Solderer to support the production of custom lighting kits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on soldering experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with small components in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform soldering of small components and wiring

Follow production instructions and specifications

Inspect soldered connections to ensure quality and accuracy

Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with other production tasks as needed
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, sit, and bend for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
