CNC Machinist
We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-precision metal and plastic components while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
This is a DIRECT HIRE role with benefits.
Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Set up and operate CNC and manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders, boring machines)

Select proper cutting tools, fixtures, and materials

Run CNC programs to manufacture parts to specifications

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools

Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards

Adjust machine controls to correct errors and improve production

Complete production records and inspection documentation

Perform basic machine maintenance and report repair needs

Follow safety policies and lean manufacturing practices
Qualifications

1–3 years CNC machining or machine shop experience or technical training

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math skills

Experience with precision measuring instruments

Basic computer skills
Preferred: Trade school training or 3–5 years machining experience
