Remote Taxpayer Support Call Center Role

Key Requirements
-
Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience

Previous two roles should each be at least 1 year in a fast-paced call center
-
Experience in national call centers (finance, banking, insurance, telecommunications preferred)

Customer service focused inbound call experience

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace

Basic math skills
-
Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Must live within 1 hour of Phoenix or Tucson
Important Notes

Fully remote after Day 1 orientation

Orientation is in person
-
Training is 3 weeks (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) and attendance is critical

Work hours fall between 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM Monday–Friday

Schedule will be determined during the interview and may differ from the posting
